Roundtable on Sustainable Biofuels - Land Rights Guidelines

These guidelines have been developed to enable understanding, identification and
management of land rights and land use rights in sustainable biofuel production. The Land
Rights study is a sub study within the larger ESIA process and should be conducted using the
methods and participatory processes recommended in : Guidelines for Environmental and
Social Impact Assessment (ESIA).
