Sixth consultative discussion with CSOs and ALAs on the implementation of the EU RMIP for Sub-Saharan Africa

The Directorate-General for International Partnerships of the European Commission (DG INTPA), in collaboration with the Policy Forum on Development, would like to invite you to the sixth consultative discussion with civil society organisations (CSOs) and associations of local authorities (ALAs) on the implementation of the EU regional multi-annual indicative programme (RMIP) for Sub-Saharan Africa on Thursday January 25, 2024.

This discussion follows the meetings on the draft regional MIP for Sub-Saharan Africa (2021-2027) in March 2021, on the implementation follow up in December 2021, June 2022 and April 2023, and the mid-term review session in July 2023. The meeting has the following objectives: 1) Provide an update of the programming process for the regional multi-annual programming for SSA and share feedback on the contributions received from the previous meetings; and 2) hear the views of CSOs and ALAs on the Annual Action Plans (AAP) 2024 (which are currently in the pipeline and under preparation).
