Small scale solar power plants for commercial facilities in island states

The project “Small scale solar power plants for commercial facilities in island states” was registered on April 21st, 2015 at the 3rd Joint Committee held in Koror, Republic of Palau where representatives from both countries attended. The project installs 370kW photovoltaic power generation systems on roofs of commercial facilities in Republic of Palau and is expected to reduce 1,594 tCO2 by 2020.

This project is the first JCM project registered in the small island countries.
