Survey to be filled

I tried to reach you several times by e-mail but I have received no answer neither from the account cooperacion.capachica@gmail.com neither from municipalidad.capachica@gmail.com

The communication was meant to inform you that we launched (about one month ago) a survey on the IESF group. Up to today all the other implementing partners responded except Capachica.

You will find an off-line version of the survey (the online one has been already closed some weeks ago). Could you please take some minutes to fill it and send it back to us?

It will be very importnat to receive your feedback since especially in the case of the "Municipalidad of Capachica" it has been a bit problematic to get in contact with you.

I thank you in advance for your feedback and I remain available whether further information/clarifications will be needed.
