The Project Steering Committee for OPSYS Track 1 (Results and Monitoring), chaired by Pierre Amilhat, held a meeting on 14 December 2017 where it approved the launch of a test phase in February with a restricted number of implementing partners selected by pilot EUDs and HQ units.

Each pilot EUD and HQ unit will identify a number of implementing partners that would be willing to participate in the test phase, on a voluntary basis, as follows:

  • 2 to 5 NGOs that are beneficiaries of grants in direct management, and
  • 1 or 2 consulting companies that are in charge of service contracts which enable capacity building and follow a logframe during implementation.

Objectives of the test phase

The following main functionalities of OPSYS will be tested:

Add an indicator

 

Add a value

 

Submit logframe
