Really liked it! But we can see that the Top 10 companies are mainly private companies or US based.. It's all about another way of thinking. The reason why DEV's Twitter went well and finally was "hijacked" by Commission is that we communicated on "another level", so different from the official style. I am curious to see how it will develop now, when "Development" turned into "Piebalgs".

Another point is that private companies apply "change management" strategies during whatever modernisation process. Leadership and staff engagement is all about management the human side of change. Luckily Commission has several things to offer: like DGT top management is meeting and giving sessions to top managers on clear writing and communication, DG HR organising private sessions for top managers with website guru Mc Govern, another consultant drawing on middle management on staff as ambassador trainings - empowering teams, and etc. We just need to make sure we use what's offered and needed.
