UNEP Web Renewal Project

To address the needs of their website visitors better, the United Nations Environment Programme ( UNEP ) has embarked on a major Web Renewal project. In this context, UNEP has launched an online survey that will help them identify the challenges end users may have experienced to date when accessing the UNEP website (www.unep.org). On the basis of the reactions, UNEP will be able to better define future requirements, opportunities and enhancements

Your contributions will allow us to clearly understand :

• how UNEP currently engages with its audience/users through its website and social media platforms;
• how UNEP website performs from a technical, structural and navigational point of view;
• how content is published and the efficiency and effectiveness of the workflow;
• what are the different content types and who are the content providers;
• what users are looking for, what are they finding and/or not finding.
