On June 14th, Cristiana Pasca Palmer, Head of the Climate Change, Environment, Natural Resources and Water Unit at EuropeAid and Dr Pendo Maro, Technical Advisor with the Intra-ACP Support Programme to the GCCA, gave a presentation explaining aspects of the GCCA's mandate and work, at the EuropeAid InfoPoint in Brussels. We filmed the event for those of you who could not be there.
