Discussion details

In an urban setting, the management of waste has been the responsibility the government.
People have the notion that, waste is solely the duty of government, so treating their own created waste become a problem, and no one to border if their being swallowed by heaps of wastes. The perception that government is responsible is killing most urban dwellers. People can heap the bins in the wait of collectors. I believe the idea of emptying them themselves when collectors delay a bit.
People dump refuse indiscriminately, into gutters, stagnant polls, beaches backyards etc.
If we really want to develop the urban cities well, people should be sensitized on personal treatment for waste materials.
Law enforcement on indiscriminate dumping of rubbish.
Students should be trained on School Health Educational Programs. Compound cleanliness should be instilled in students, so that they would vested in environmental health issues.
Environmental health workers should be treated well. There should be more incentives to boost their moral in cleaning urban cities.
