This Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Plan of the Youth Employability in the Informal Sector (YIES) Project is Composed of 5 main component parts namely:

• The Project Design Summery;
• The Logical Framework;
• The Learning Questions;
• The Indicator Matrix, and;
• The Data Collection & Analysis Plan

We hope that it provides a consolidated reference source of  information that can be used in measuring performance  and showcasing progress;  that  it provides sufficient avenues for actors to learn from each other’s experiences, building on expertise and knowledge; that it offers paths for learning and improvements; provides a basis for questioning and testing assumptions; that it provides a means for agencies seeking to learn from experiences and to incorporate them into policy and practice; that it provides a way to assess the crucial link between implementers and beneficiaries on the ground and decision-makers;  that it provides avenues to engender and contribute to transparency and accountability; and that it provides a robust basis for informing  programming and influencing policy
