#ANGEL_WS Webinar Series 2024/2025
The Academic Network on Global Education & Learning aims to build an international community of researchers and scholars, policymakers, and practitioners, in the field of Global Education. With this in mind, and responding to event feedback from members, we are happy to confirm the return of our regular series of shorter, research-focused events for the 2024/25 academic year. The ANGEL Webinar Series is aimed mainly at Global Education professionals, as well as anyone with an interest in research in the fields of Development Education, Global Citizenship Education, Human Rights Education, Education for Sustainable Development, Education for Peace, and Intercultural Education. This event, along with the other activities of the ANGEL network, are co-funded by the European Union*.
This webinar will explore the role of activism in global education, drawing on recent case studies and research. The session will discuss the intersections of education, social justice, and activism, with insights into how educators and researchers can foster activist engagement in their work.
