Announcement: Civil Society Accreditation Portal Now Open

The Civil Society Accreditation Portal is now open for applications from Major Groups and Stakeholders seeking accreditation to UNEP and its governing bodies.

In line with the accreditation timeframe established by UNEP’s Civil Society Unit, the portal opened on 2 January 2026 and will remain accessible until 30 June 2026. After this date, the portal will close to allow the Secretariat to review all submitted applications.
