Brown Bag Lunch "Fostering civic engagement: how UNDP, powered by its Accelerator Labs, is exploring the edge of participation"
UNDP
Event details
Description
UNDP Accelerator Labs represent the world’s largest and fastest learning network on wicked sustainable development challenges. Over the past five years, the Accelerator Labs have carried out a significant amount of work aimed at promoting meaningful citizen participation in public life – from reimagining indigenous peoples’ consultation processes in Mexico to supporting dialogue on controversial energy transition issues in South Africa, among many others.
As we reflect on how the Accelerator Labs' learning should inform UNDP’s broader policy and programme development, please join us for a brownbag lunch discussion on some of the key insights and open questions that have emerged from this experience.
