CSDP Orientation Course

The ESDC is pleased to invite you to the "CSDP Orientation Course", 5 to 9 February 2018, Bucharest (Romania), organised by the Romanian Carol I National Defence University, through the Crisis management and Multinational Operations Department and under the ESDC auspices.

The course is also open to third countries, with priority to candidate countries.

Besides the common themes, this CSDP orientation Course will focus on major topics relevant for CSDP practitioners that might be involved or have a role in the preparation and conduct of a Presidency of the Council of the European Union and in particular:

• the challenges of implementing the defence package derived from the EU Global Strategy for Foreign and Security Policy,
• the specific aspects of working in CSDP relevant committees and working groups or to the constraints and perspectives of CSDP after BREXIT.

The registration period will end on 9 January 2018.
