On Wednesday 16 September at apéro time, meet Barbara Smith, Vice-President of the Carter Center at a special edition of our monthly #DemocracyDrinks, held on the occasion of the International Day of Democracy.

What better way to start la rentrée than with fellow democracy defenders from NGOs, European Union institutions, NATO, permanent representations, and others?

After a welcome by Defend Democracy's Board Member Elizabeth Kuiper, we will have an informal exchange with Barbara Smith, followed by networking drinks.
