EU Directors-General Meeting in Warsaw (8-9 April 2025)

The next regular EU Directors-General meeting responsible for development and humanitarian affairs is taking place in Warsaw on 8-9 April 2025. 

The programme will start on the 8th of April at 15:00 with a side event on fragility organized by PISM and ETTG and will be followed by the tour of the Royal Castle. The tour will start from 17:30 to 18:30. An informal dinner will be held at the Villa Foksal Restaurant from 19:30. 

On the 9th April, working sessions will take place from 9:00 to around 16:15. 

An annotated programme of the meeting will be shared at the CODEV-PI prep meeting (Thursday, 3 April).

Please note that participation is limited to 3 representatives per Member State (1 Director General for Development Cooperation, 1 Director General for Humanitarian Affairs and 1 expert).
