EU Sustainable Energy Week 2016

The European Sustainable Energy Week will take place from 13 to 17 June 2016 in Brussels, Belgium. During this week UNEP will be involved in the high-level Policy Conference which is to be held from 14 to 16 June.

14 June

Mark Radka, Energy, Climate, and Technology Branch Chief at the UNEP Division of Technology, Industry and Economics,will be participating in a hands-on session organized by The Copenhagen Centre on Energy Efficiency. The session is entitled "It’s Time to Leverage SE4ALL’s Energy Efficiency Accelerator Platform" and will take place on 14 June in the Charlemagne building, Mansholt room, from 14.00 to 15.30.

15 June

Lily Riahi, UNEP Advisor on Sustainable Energy in Cities, will participate in the session "The Heat is On – Energy Union, From Principal to Pratcice. Heating and Cooling Strategy: A Promise of Transformation and Decarbonization". The session will take place on 15 June at the Residence Palace, Room Polak, from 9.00 to 10.30.
