The 2026 Annual Meeting will bring partner countries, implementing agencies, and the European Commission together to exchange insights across two priority themes—Circular Economy and Energy Transition—with sustainable finance as a cross-cutting topic, under the EU-LAC Global Gateway Investment Agenda (GGIA). 

The gathering will inform about Euroclima's GGIA implementation and operational approach. As a knowledge and alignment platform, the Annual Meeting will foster coherence, coordination and complementarity across the Programme, ensuring that implementation remains grounded in the regional context and in shared strategic objectives.
