Gender-Age Marker Training in Dakar

Objective: To increase the capacity of staff and partners to act in accordance with DG ECHO's gender policy and apply the gender-Age Marker.

Contents: Advanced modules with focus on: gender and age issues and concepts, gender policy, and the gender-age marker, its criteria and application.

Methodology: Interactive approach, “learning by doing” basis, adult learning principles.
