#GreeningEUcooperation: World Wetlands Day

We invite you to join the World Wetlands Day celebration, supporting the campaign to foster urgent restoration of these important ecosystems.

Wetlands are disappearing three times faster than forests, and more than 35 % of wetlands have been degraded or lost since 1970. Under the slogan "It's time to restore wetlands", the campaign wants to convey the message of the urgency to help reverse this critical trend.
