Across all infrastructure projects including Roads, Water, Energy and Social Services, Governments face a growing dilemma as traditional procurement falls short of bridging the infrastructure gap between required infrastructure projects and available financing. Pubic Private Partnerships (PPPs) has become the buzz word in Uganda and across the African Continent. Many Governments are adopting PPPs as a new mode for infrastructure and service delivery.
