Filipe Santos is a seasoned legal advisor and expert in EU grants, brings extensive experience as a former member of the EU drafting team for INTPA’s PRAG. He is well experienced in training and consulting to consultancy firms, NGOs and International Organisations. He is currently enrolled as trainer in the Development Cooperation Academy 2024 of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the International Training Centre (ITC).
