International Workshop on Sustainability and Resilience of Bio-energy for Climate Change: Scoping and Envisioning

This workshop aims to analyze and promote climate change mitigation and adaptation pathways in Indonesia. It will focus on the Indonesia Climate Change Trust Fund (ICCTF) and two European Commission projects, GREEN-WIN and TRANSrisk, with interlinked objectives in Indonesia. The ICCTF is a key instrument of the Governement of Indonesia in achieving its mitigation and adaptation targets. As Indonesia’s national trust fund, ICCTF will be recognized nationally and internationally as a premiere climate financing portal which investing in projects and programs with environmental and social benefits such as GREEN-WIN. Sustainability and Resilience (Su-re.co) is a research and consulting firm based in Bali which collaborates in the implementation of the workshop.

This event will be attended by approximately 50 participants from industry, both local and national goverments,  policy makers, NGOs and recearchers. Furthermore, it will be concluded by an open discussion around opportunities for collaboration with all attendees.
