Meeting of Director Generals

Dear Madam/ Sir,

On behalf of Mr. Manservisi I send you this advance notice:

After the cancellation of the EU informal development ministerial meeting, initially scheduled for 7 July 2010, Mr. Manservisi - after consulting Mr. P. Moors, the Beligan DG - has decided to organise the next meeting of EU Directors General on that day instead. Please keep your agendas free for that meeting.

The meeting may already start on Tuesday, 6 July with an afternoon session, and Mr. Manservisi intends to host the usual dinner on that evening. On 7 July the meeting is expected to conclude by 17:00.

The confirmation of the exact timing will follow in due course as well as the invitation letter and an agenda proposal.
