The European Commission's reform of its Technical Cooperation, the so called "Backbone Strategy on TC" is a telling and relevant example of how a major international donor has taken stock and applied in its project cycle the Paris Declaration and the AE principles such as ownership, results orientation and avoidance of Parallel PIUs.
