The seventh edition of the TAG call has started. Traces of Youth Art, with some news!

TAG is aimed at the realization of exhibitions of works by young artists in public spaces of the Municipalities of Gubbio, Gualdo Tadino, Costacciaro, Fossato di Vico, Scheggia and Pascelupo and Sigillo.

The call is promoted by the Municipality of Gubbio, the Municipalities of the Social Zone 7 and the Social Cooperatives ASAD, Sicomoro and the Dis e Dintorni Association, in collaboration with FELCOS Umbria , Association of Municipalities for sustainable development, within the European project "People and Planet: a common destiny". It is therefore a thematic call called "HORIZONS OF COMMUNITY"

Who is it for?

Participation in the call is FREE and aimed at young artists (individuals or collectives: painters, photographers, digital artists, sculptors, street artists and video artists) residing in one of the Municipalities of the Social Zones n. 1 and 7 of Umbria (Gualdo Tadino, Gubbio, Fossato di Vico, Sigillo, Costacciaro, Scheggia and Pascelupo, Santa Maria Tiberina, Città Di Castello, Citerna, Montone, Pietralunga, Umbertide) and to students attending Higher Education Institutes based in the same social areas ( with the exception of street art projects - specified below ), aged between 14 and 35to be completed in the year 2022 (for collectives, all members must fall within the indicated age range).

Purpose

The aim of the call is to contribute to the design and creation of works of public art to imagine and represent the climate change in progress and the evolving change of communities, lifestyles, infrastructures, places, spaces, to make them capable of resisting a "new normality ". The aim is to offer public exhibition spaces to emerging artists, with support in organizing, setting up and communicating the event and at the same time offering the possibility of making environments and areas alive, characterized and usable by a young audience. towns usually little experienced by children.
