National Agriculture and Livestock Extension Policy Launch

The National Agriculture and Livestock Extension Policy (NALEP) was developed with support from the European Union (EU) in 2011. The policy gives direction for the management and organisation of a pluralistic extension system with both public and private extension service providers. On the same day a set of South Sudan Agricultural Extension Guides, prepared together with Implementing Partners of the European Union Rural Development Programme in South Sudan, will be presented to the public and the South Sudan Forum for African Agricultural Advisory Services will be  inaugurated.
