The event is part of a Peer Learning series conducted by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) in cooperation with Cities Alliance, ICLEI, UN-Habitat, Slum Dwellers International, the Centre for Affordable Housing Finance Africa, the African Union for Housing Finance and the City Diplomacy Lab. Throughout 2024, the 5-part series will focus on practical approaches to sustainable urbanplanning, construction, and financing from the subnational level.
