Promoting Energy Efficiency for National Development and Environmental Sustainability

The United Nation Development Programme (UNDP) and Global Environment Facility (GEF) in collaboration with Federal Ministry of Environment (FMEenv), Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN) and other Stakeholders in Nigeria is organizing a Two day Workshop theme " Promoting Energy Efficiency for National Development and Sustainability". 

                                                                                                                                                 This training workshop is part of the ongoing UNDP GEF Energy Efficiency programme which is designed to create and promote the need for energy efficiency best pratices in the residential and public building in Nigeria.

This workshop is amied in tackling the effects on climate change by encouraging the use Renewable Energy technologies and setting out climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies.
