Second Partnership for Action on Green Economy (PAGE) Ministerial Conference 2017

This Second Partnership for Action on Green Economy Ministerial Conference will bring together over 300 leaders from governments, civil society, private sector, development partners, media and the public to explore how our economies and financial markets can be “enablers” for the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement.

It will gather first movers to share experience on transformational processes, on challenges and progress, to compare notes and engage in an open debate about what it takes to further a “just transition” to economies which are more inclusive, stable and sustainable.

Co-hosted with the Ministry for Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB) of Germany, the Partnership for Action on Green Economy Ministerial Conference aims to accelerate the shift to green investments, sustainable lifestyles and inclusive growth by widening existing partnerships and initiatives that are uncovering pathways to greener and more inclusive economies – economies capable of powering the Sustainable Development Goals.
