SPACED exhibition at the EU Committee of the Regions

All of February, the EU Committe of the Regions is hosting the exhibition 'SPACED: Using Earth Observations to Protect Natural Landscapes'.

Europe’s latest generation of satellites are opening up a frontier of possibilities to observe the natural environment from above. Through stunning photos, satellite imagery and stories, ‘SPACED’ invites you to explore how protected area managers and scientists are working together to protect some of Europe’s most iconic mountain, desert and costal and marine protected areas. ‘SPACED’ is an initiative of ECOPOTENTIAL funded by the EU’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.
