How does the EU respond to current global development challenges? How does this translate in our Intervention cycle? How can the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) help us to answer those challenges in the most effective way? How do we ensure that we are taking EU priorities and cross cutting issues systematically into account all along the cycle?
