OPSYS is the new one-stop-shop that serves for the entire EU external relations portfolio of interventions, from programming to the evaluation and audit.

The colleagues can start using OPSYS the day after the webinar, since the permissions will be granted to users only after the webinar has taken place.

The agenda of the WEBINAR will be:

2. OPSYS global planning
3. Introduction to “Intervention”
4. Access rights
5. Operational Managers and Contractors: what can be done in OPSYS?
6. Presentation of Change Management

Target group:  FPI operational managers and Contractors of the following countries: Brazil(FPI), Canada, Colombia, Mexico and USA.
