VET Governance in Action

The aim of the online event is to present ETF’s VET(Vocational Education and Training) Governance Toolkit.

The Toolkit relies on the multilevel and multi-actor governance approach, and it is designed to support countries to implement their own reform agenda, by adjusting the governance to the policy objectives in VET reforms.

The Toolkit proposes concepts and methodologies that help reviewing the institutional arrangements, the VET financing, the cooperation with social partners and civil society organisations, and other key areas. Each country can use the Toolkit independently: this requires expertise, which all countries have, and experience, which the countries progressively ‘build by doing’.
