Description
Robert Turner, Director of Operations in Gaza for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), describes the misconceptions surrounding the recent conflict in Gaza. He also outlines why ‘quiet for quiet’ between Israelis and Palestinians is not a viable strategy, and predicts that if the underlying causes are not addressed, another conflict could be just weeks or months away.
