The purpose of this briefing note is to:

• Summarise the findings of the EU Water Initiative Finance Working Group (FWG) until this point, based on previous FWG meetings, literature and inputs provided to DFID from FWG members, and contributions provided by telephone interviews; and
• Outline next steps to bring this second stage of the FWG to a close.

Importantly, this briefing note aims to address both objectives of the FWG Terms of Reference:
