6th Annual DeLOG Meeting (2011) Train4Dev: Joint Donors Competence Development Network

The Training4Dev network exists since 2003 and consists of 30 voluntary members (development agencies or aid effectiveness-oriented organisations). It aims to promote harmonisation in competence development.

Train4Dev consists of a core group and sub-groups who organise joint learning events. A 2011 Train4Dev evaluation shows that it has provided a response to harmonisation of competence development and contributes to knowledge sharing and cross-fertilisation.
