Achieving Good Working Condition in Zambia - ILO - (2014)

This document analyzes the building-construction market system in Zambia, and identifies steps that can be taken to improve it. It discovers the root causes of poor working conditions, and suggests steps that can be taken to achieve better conditions. While the case of Zambia may not be true for all developing countries, there's value in understanding the approach taken by the ILO here. This is a paper by the LAB, the project whose leaflet I posted earlier.
