The present version of the Working Document was prepared with the view to align the structure and content with the EUWI ‘Outline Strategy and 2004 – 2008 Work Programme’, which was endorsed by the AMCOW Executive Committee during the Pan-African Water and Implementation Conference in Addis Ababa in December 2003.
