Annex 2: Terms of Reference for a Country Environmental Profile

The following annex accompanies the Guidelines for Integrating the environment and climate change into EU international cooperation and development.

It presents the Terms of  Reference for a comprehensive country environmental and climate change analysis. These ToR have to be adapted to the needs of the EU delegation based on the availability of other similar analyses and on the scope of the analysis.

As a living document, the annex will be updated and adjusted to take into account new developments and experience gained.
