Annex 3_Final Report 2024 Ghana

This report, prepared by C4ED, presents the findings of a Counterfactual Impact Evaluation (CIE) of the GrEEn project implemented by UNCDF and SNV in Ghana. Using both quantitative and qualitative data, it assesses the project's impact on employability, employment, livelihoods, migration and resilience. The study also investigates the effects on returning migrants.

Commissioned by the EUTF, this evaluation is part of a series of seven CIEs of EUTF-funded projects, two qualitative evaluations, complementing an overarching assessment of 84 projects that aimed at promoting economic opportunities across the Horn of Africa and Sahel-Lake Chad regions.
