Case study - Example of an Enabling Environment Analysis in Oman done in 2011

This report is designed to stimulate debate and to provide an evidence base for policy reforms for an environment more conducive to the promotion of sustainable enterprises in Oman.
In particular, the report has been used to identify focus areas of policy reform to support the dialogue, advocacy and public policy work of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (hereafter “OCCI”). This is the subject of a complementary OCCI strategy report which outlines the main policy findings with a set of recommendations in the form of an action plan.
