I was very pleased to participate in the FWG meeting on August 18 in Stockholm. I found the discussions both interesting and valuable. After having studied the Minutes from the Meeting , the terms of reference, the report produced by Mr Meine Pieter van Djik as well as the comments sent by different participants, I would like to offer the following comments.
