CV Francesca Medda

Dr Francesca Medda participated as speaker at Round table on sustainable transport solutions in Indonesia, giving a presentation on Public Private Partnerships in Transport sector. Dr Medda serves as economic adviser to the UK Ministry of Environment and Agriculture (Defra) since 2012 and she earlier served at the Ministry of Finance (HM Treasury) as Member of the Committee on Infrastructure, dedicated to the plan of UK investment in infrastructure and interdependency. Her research focuses on project finance, innovative financial mechanisms and risk evaluation in different infrastructure sectors.
