DEAR Support Team ToR 2021

The European Commission has invited a number of consultancy firms and consortia to submit a bid that meets the requirements of these newly developed Terms of Reference for the Team. 

The consultancy consortia will each be looking for suitable candidates to be part of their bid for a proposed new Team.
