DIIS Report "Capacity Development of Central State Institutions in Fragile Situations"

The Danish Institute for International Studies (DIIS) report analyses foreign aid to capacity development in central state institutions in fragile situations.

This report is part of the Research and Communication Programme (ReCom) on international development cooperation, funded by Danida (Danish Development Agency) and Sida (Swedish Development Agency), and undertaken by a number of institutions including UNU-WIDER and DIIS.
