How did How did you analyse the context of the country and the decentralisation dynamics? How did this influence the choice of the EU strategy of engagement and support strategy? Where is the traction in the decentralisation reform process in your country? Where is progress achieved and why? What lessons have you learnt in terms of the overall effectiveness and impact of your engagement strategies?
