This presentation delivered by Jean Barbe, from DEVCO, explored how to support decentralisation and deconcentration processes using the budget support aid modality.  It argues that Public Finance Management offers a good outlook on numerous key decentralisation and deconcentration processes, and makes easier the management of sector budget support.
