EDD 2008 external evaluation report (done by external communication consultant SPAN)

I am getting ready for the move and cleaning my office. I found this controversial EDD 2008 external evaluation report, which I used myself for the website of EDD2009.

I think it is useful to take a look how participants and external people see at the overall EDD organization from outside, frustrations they encounter and what impression they are getting. It's different to be an organiser, to be a stakeholder or to be a visitor. This report nicely presents several points of views from outside.  

Nonetheless people who worked on EDDs have learned a lot throughout the years and I am sure current EDD evaluation would look different. I was directly involved only in 1 EDD edition (EDDs 2009, when I was organizing web outreach) and I found this report extremely helpful. If the website and newsletter and blogging for 2009 were evaluated very well by the same consultant, it's just thanks to this report. I hope it will be useful to you too.
