I have 2 questions:
1. What do I do in the case of the 3rd picture. Can I crop it somehow?
2. When uploading a pic thourh "insert/edit image" the title of the picture doesn't appear, why?

Hello Sarah,
You seem to have added your photos in the description of the photo album container, which indeed creates confusion. Your first question will no longer be relevant once you add pictures to this album. There is a help section on this function available here: Adding pictures to a Photo Album.
Your second question is about the generic insert image tool that every editor usually has. A description is usually used for coding, so we know what the image is about and can make reference to an author for credit. While a title is added for users to know the title of the image by hovering their mouse above the image.
The Insert images via image browser is a custom developed function that was released in 2013. This function has a caption function where you can write some text to be placed under the image.
Why are there 2 image tools? Because the custom developed one does not allow the possibility to upload an image via a URL (it was not developed in the end). There are also other reasons, but this is the main one. It can be confusing, but using one OR the other was not a solution, so we left both.
